Was my Pixel 10 Pro hacked?

Kept getting this warning on my Pixel 10 Pro "Device ID accessed... a nearby network recorded your device's unique ID (IMSI) while using your SIM" while using it at home then for the next 30 minutes while I was driving to a nearby city. Once I got to Downtown, it stopped and never came on again even when I got home. This had never happened before or since.

So was my phone hacked or my IMEI stolen? I did immediately put the phone in airplane mode when the warnings appeared.
