Is there a way to go paperless with the VA letters ?

Unfortunately, I won’t have a stable place to stay for the next couple of months. So, I was wondering if there’s a way to go paperless with all the mail the VA has to send me? Specifically, I’m referring to the letter/bill that outlines your responsibilities and what the VA covers for your doctor’s appointment.
