Struggling Recently

Okay, sorry if this is a big block of text and I marked it NSFW in case it's a trigger for anyone. I've been watching porn since probably 6th grade and i'm 22 now, so it's been a long time. I've never really been bothered by the frequency or what I was watching but a few ago I masturbated to what I guess was like a "gooner" edit of 18 year old tiktokers and it was all about them being barely of age and it really grossed me out afterwards, and it felt like a wake up call to stop watching this shit but since then I have only lasted 6 days at the longest before I relapse and binge similar videos, then i'll tell myself to stop again and it's like i'll go 1-2-3 days then watch porn for the next 3 or 4 before I stop again. I really don't know how to stop, i've deleted all my accounts of everything but it's just so easy to reinstall stuff in the heat of the moment and idk maybe i'm just posting to see if it helps me lock in knowing that others might be in similar situations or that people are rooting for me, or I just want to vent idrk
