[PC] [2000] civ game with male/female dynamics

So I remember quite well some features of this game I played around the turn of century (when I was about 7-8) but I’ve been struggling to identify it, even with Chat GPT 😅 Key features:

- late 90s or early 2000s

- civilisation building and survival, some fighting

- elves, drwarfs, orcs? And humans

probably quite unique feature of having males and females of each race and and boosting population by sending one of each into a house. If you sent a mix race couple in, you had 50/50 chance of what you get as a result(I really loved this feature as a kid and I find it cool even now! So realistic 😀)

- kinda AOE-like perspective and feel, but subjectively more cute

- I think the name was quite short, like 1 word, maybe 4-6 letters

Someone has an idea what it could be? O hope someone also developed some ❤️ for this game!
