NikeSKIMS Matte Tricot Side-Snap Pant Sizing?

I’ve been hearing mixed reviews on how the tricot side snap pants fit. I am 5’0 140lbs & debating between a small or a medium. Does anyone know if they’re very short girl friendly or how true to size they are? I’ve never purchased anything from Skims before. In Nike I wear both smalls & mediums depending on the style of pants.
