Blowing in babies faces?!
Location: Massachusetts
I work at a childcare center where I have noticed a few teachers that like to blow in the infants faces. I have brought it up to management as a health concern but in my honest opinion is that its borderline child abuse. These babies are less than a year old and shouldn't be subjected to random adults blowing in their faces. I have also seen them kiss the babies and take photos with babies on their cell phones.
I have spoken with management 4 times now and they say they have talked to the people responsible but I honestly feel like they are doing it even more to annoy me. No repercussions for their actions whatsoever.
Can anyone tell me what they think the appropriate response would be? Should I call the board of health? I do plan on telling the parents of the children involved as I think they have the right to know.
