IMG looking for a training spot?

Im an IMG graduated 2018. Internship 2019(non Eu). Passed PLAB1+2 and OET LOOKIng in a training spot in Ireland. I have no idea where and how to start ! My husband is a specialist.
I know it is competitive. But please guide me through .. really appreciate it
