2025 Badlands top down camera only activates a super slow speeds?

Quick question for yall. When pushing the camera button to get your front view and top down view does it seem like you have to be doing 1-3 mph to get the top down camera to work? I if so, can this be changed or is it just some type of nanny or software limitation? Appreciate any info!
