Should i use AMD FSR 3 FG?

I’m currently averaging a solid 80 FPS in ARC Raiders at 1080p low settings, but I’m not sure if i should toggle on FSR Frame Gen to push into that 140+ FPS range. Since 60 FPS is the usually recommended 'floor' for Frame Gen, I'm curious if those of you with a similar base frame rate find the extra smoothness worth the potential trade-off in input latency?
