Sky / TNT sport reliable EPG

Hi, I see a lot of posts about EPG sources but does anyone have a reliable source for Sky and TNT sport? TNT especially seems much worse than Sky.

I record a lot of events in advance as I'm not always able to watch live, or failing that I scroll backwards in Tivimate. However with missing EPG its not always possible to do this accurately.

I tried the free 2 day trial to myepg I've seen suggested, but this has less total channels than my default EPG and the sky / tnt coverage seems worse (unless the trial coverage is more limited?)
