Mariot bonvoy vs chase preferred ?

I need help deciding which credit card would be better They have some pretty good offers however, with the Marriott Bonvoy, I did notice that some of the points for the hotels are much more. For example, they claim to give you an annual night for free up to 35,000 points. majority of the hotels for example, in Los Angeles, 45,000 points minimum.
