How do i prevent myself from being sunburnt this summer?

I (20f) have been getting sunburnt every year for 7 years without fail, sometimes multiple times a summer despite using sunscreen and trying to stay out of the sun. I got sunburnt 5 times last summer alone, so this year my goal is not get burnt. What I can I do prevent it? I am looking into getting UV protection shirts and pants, but if you have other suggestions please let me know
