please check my dosage? fatscientist

I think I've been accidentally under dosing myself with some BPI classic, I have been stuck at a plateau forever.

I'm using fatscientist to generate how much to draw up in my syringe. My bottle is labeled:

30 mg/3ml (10mg/ml)

I've been entering 30 mg/ml into the 'concentration' field. Should it actually be 10?
