How Screwed is this Screen?

They don't seem to sell the screen protector separate so it looks like I need to buy a new screen either way. Wiping this off hasn't removed any of these smudges, and they've caused major print failures.

Is there any way of fixing this myself? I don't really care about the $100 screen so much as I care about a 3 week downtime to get a replacement to me here (I do not live in the US or EU).
