How to get Xbox GDK?

Hi! I recently got hands on the minecrafts ps3 edition's source code and I tried building it, but I got:

Could not find SDK "Xbox Services API, Version=8.0".
Could not find SDK "Xbox GameChat API, Version=8.0".
Could not find SDK "Xbox Services API, Version=8.0".

I did try to get the GDK from here but it didnt seem to do anything
