I’ve just started yelling when people talk over me, and it works.

I come from a family of interrupters and frequently when I’m trying to say something, I get interrupted or spoken over, and I am sick of it so I’ve just been yelling like that guy in the 55 burgers skit anytime anybody tries to talk over me and they’re so shocked they just shut up and listen.
