Product manager at Disney World Florida

I've been interviewing for associate product manager and product manager roles at Disney for the last 3 years. I understand that all PMs need to be hired on contract. Which scares me a bit.

1. What are the chances of getting converted to W2? Is there a limit each manager gets that they can convert to W2 per year ?
2. Is it common to complete one contract as a PM in one product and then still be able to apply to work with another contract for another product and team at Disney?
3. A lot of the interviews I've had seemed like the PMs do content management. And maybe not as much involvement with the developers. Do devs get along with PMs? Or is it a fight between Dev and PMs to get things done ?
4. How fast paced are these roles ? Is it typically focused on one product per PM or multiple products at once ?

It has been my dream to work for Disney but I want to mentally prepare myself before I take the leap and jump into a contract role.
