Women’s US size 5 how to look for smaller sizes?

Hi guys. I’m looking to buy new pair of ice skates and I heard advice to size down atleast two sizes from your regular size.

I’m a US women’s size 5 in shoes and i’m having a hard time looking for a size 3 as I’ve only found some for children. Is there any recommendations for finding a women’s size 3 in ice skates? Would the quality/use change in women’s vs girls skates?
