Have some new quirks + slightly higher CPU temps after moving
I recently moved into a new apartment a week ago as of writing. After putting my setup back together, I'm noticing a couple things that weren't happening before that are bothering me and I can't ignore them. For one, I seem to have slightly higher CPU temps at idle and while gaming. Not high enough for me to think there's something drastically wrong, but noticeable. I'd idle around 47C before moving. Now it's more like 51-52C. I also seem to be getting some random temp spikes up to 60C and a little above at idle, but I don't see anything in task manager that stands out as causing it. I don't see the usage spiking either.
The same increase in temp seems to stay present when gaming as well. I only tested with Helldivers 2 before posting, but I'm seeing an average increase in temperature of about +5C. The ambient temperature in my room is also about the same, if not even cooler than my last room.
The relatively mild increase in average temps on their own maybe wouldn't be enough for me to make this post, but I noticed one other quirk so far that's making me a little nervous. When I play certain games, I like to have a YouTube video up on my 2nd monitor. I noticed earlier that when I was playing Madden 26, and had a YouTube video going on my other monitor, I noticed the video playback would occasional chug and slow down a little bit (audio kept going as normal though). It wasn't severe and it wasn't doing it the whole time, but it's never done that before. The slow down in the YT video playback also seemed to coincide with my game chugging ever so slightly.
I haven't done a lot to try to figure out what's going on here, mainly because what's happening is so odd that I don't even know where to begin. I've had task manager opened trying to see if there's a new program or something I don't recognize, but nothing looks out of the ordinary. I also double checked my BIOS to ensure my fan and pumps speeds haven't been changed. I also want to make it clear that it absolutely cannot be overstated how careful I was when moving my PC. I've moved my old PC numerous times, so I know how to be careful when transporting it. This current PC is just under a year old and this was the first time I've moved it into a new place, so I was EXTRA careful. So there's nothing physically wrong with it. Where can I begin figuring out what changed here?

PBO is OFF. AMD Adrenalin CPU settings are set to default.
