Am I the only one experiencing this?

The thing is; after chatting with the character for a while. It's either: the send button changes into that red one... And it doesn't change back or the character doesn't respond. And when I press the retry button it gets deleted the moment I refresh the page. Leaving only my massages. (I might not have the fastest or most inconsistent internet but it didn't used to happen before.)
