Changed birthday cosmetic, will I be able to get playstyles?

Sorry I’m new to FC26 so I know I’m dumb for doing this but, I pulled a Ekitike birthday card, and I changed his cosmetic without realizing what that even meant.

Am I cooked, will he never get playstyles now or can I still apply them?
