How did i get for free WONY?

Hello everyone, haven't played Devision 2 in about 4 years i think. I bought standard game on Epic in 2020 i think, i remember i did play when WONY was announced but i didn't buy it. Today i downloaded Devision 2 and somehow i got to NY, even landed there and im currently in Lower Manhattan. Can someone explain me how I got it for free?

Thanks!
