My bus is really loud and I was being polite to one person to be quiet for 5 second

I ride my bus to home and today a girl said that really makes sad really bad, I just told her just to be quiet for 5 seconds because I really don't want a headache on a Friday afternoon because I have plans on school after school just crochet, play games on my Nintendo switch, and watch YouTube videos, but she said "I don't care what disability you have!" I didn't tell her I have autism I just want some quiet time and don't want a headache, it happen on my road I reading a book only a few pages so I don't hurt my neck or get motion sickness while reading, and I was done so I don't hurt my neck or get motion sickness while reading, I was being polite just to tell her just to be quiet so I don't have a headache, and I was crying because it really hurts me and I wish the school teaches about disability or something so other kids like me don't be affect. I don't own noise canceled headphones but I do have one but they connect to my phone and I do have a reason; 1. My mom doesn't want me to bring it because I will be on it all school day, 2. My headphones are Bluetooth headphones which my school doesn't let us wear same thing with my phone and my mom and my case manager is working to put noise canceled headphones that I can wear where its noisy to wear I just don't know when they are going to put noise canceled headphones in my IEP so I don't have to listen to very noisy places
