Seeking advice for my husbands ILR Application

I have a question regarding my husband’s ILR application, if anyone can help me with this would be great.

My husband will become eligible to apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) from 15th March onwards. He is currently working as a Health Care Assistant(6145). Currently he is only getting paid 12.21/hr.We have carefully reviewed the application requirements; however, we would like clarification regarding the salary criteria.

Is it necessary to meet both the £25,000 annual salary requirement and the £12.82 hourly rate?

Or is it whichever is higher?

Or do both conditions need to be satisfied?

I would be grateful if anyone could kindly clarify this for us if possible??
