Discord alerts

Hi, earlier this week I had my email hacked and they managed to change a few of my passwords.. I managed to save all but my Discord which I imagine is now completely gone as I've just had to signed back up as a new account with my email address.. Which means I lost 2 pokemon card restock alert servers.. Any one whos able to, and kind enough, could you please DM me an invite? Tia
