I genuinely need a sad anime

I have not felt any actual sadness from the “sad” popular anime I’ve watched over the years. All of them have been overrated and overhyped. Like I’ve watched cyberpunk edgerunners and all that but it still doesn’t give me the actual emotion I’m looking for. Many of them are boring as hell or extremely predictable. So give some ACTUALLY sad anime’s not some half assed bullshit.
