Can I find a syringe barrel for BD Micro-Fine screw-on needles?

I'm looking to take smaller doses from a larger dose pen to save money (e.g. 5 from 15), so I was planning on just grabbing some syringes to use when I can't use the pen directly.

The problem I have is that I'm a genius and I bought a box of 100 x screw-on pen needles [BD Micro-fine Ultra Pen Needles (4mm x 0.23mm / 32G)] and I hate seeing them go to waste.

I've looked around and I can't seem to find a compatible syringe, so I suspect I know what the answer will be, but I thought I'd post on here in a last ditch effort.

Do they exist? If so, where can I get them?

If they don't exist...I'm sure there's a potential business idea there for someone, because I'm sure I'm not the only person to do this. haha.
