Double inguinal hernias repair at 39 weeks - recovery time?

Hi!

My 27 weeker had a double inguinal hernia repair yesterday at 39+2 weeks. Before the surgery he was taking about 50% of his feeds by mouth and we were about to trial removing his NG tube but of course today he’s more tired and feeding less.

How long did it take for your baby to get back to normal after a small surgery like that?
