Omron blood pressure

28male here on trt. I take my blood pressure everyday and it’s usually good 120/80-130/80. I went to the urologist today and they took it on my forearm and it showed 170/97 and then the second time same thing high. I’m scared now thinking if I have high blood pressure or not. I just checked my omron and it’s 129/73 now. I’m wondering if my machine is accurate or not?
