Will there be any change to childcare fees any time soon?

Childcare fees in my area are quite high. Approx €1500-1700 per month for full time childcare. It’s barely affordable and never mind if you’d like to have a second child, good luck.

Is there any promises that the government are likely to deliver on to bring these costs down?
