Déjà vu?? Psychic?? Clairsentience??

I've been experiencing bursts of spiritual insight over the past few months - things that I just somehow KNOW are true. It's been very interesting and I can feel my vibration rising. Then, just in the past few weeks, I began experiencing something new...

In the evenings my wife and I often watch a movie or documentary on TV before bed. I'm not quite sure how to put this feeling into words, but every single evening, no matter what we watch, I get a very strong feeling I've seen it before - and very recently. I could swear we had just watched the same show in the past day or two. It's not just knowing the general plot, I'll recognize things in the background of scenes, actors' outfits, conversations, etc...

At first I thought we really had seen the shows before, but my wife swears we haven't. Then I thought maybe I'd just seen it without her, but this is happening every single night and I honestly hardly ever watch TV without her. I started thinking maybe we really did watch these shows, but something is wrong with her memory. Last night though she pointed out that if we'd watched these shows before, they would show as being watched on our TV and they're not. I had the idea of recording video of part of a show and documenting what I remembered, so I tried that. The next night again I had the feeling I had just watched the show the night before, but the video I recorded then showed it being something else. I can't explain why I have such clear and recent-feeling memories of seeing these shows and I'm starting to feel like I'm going crazy. It's a little scary. Has anyone else experienced something like this or does anyone have any possible explanations? Thanks for your help!
