Targeting a "no-spell" card with a spell

Nothing prevents you from targeting a card invulnerable to spells with a spell.
The spell is cast, but does nothing - so that spell is lost.
Other games such as Legends of Runeterra prevent you from doing such a mistake.

(Also, when you have no card left the game still asks you if you want to keep some cards, whe the mulligan occurs.)
