Difference in ping between accounts?

I know that it shouldnt matter what account im on in regards to ping, by all accounts it makes no sense to me either. Whilst I have no idea why this is the case, it is, and i request assistance finding out why.

Heres the situation: Its close to end of season and my SO hasnt finished the BP in R6S. I grab her account details from her and get on her accounts for both Steam and Ubisoft and proceed to get on. Whilst playing on my account i have very high ping. It has the potential to be stable but mostly ends up being a bunch of rubberbanding and me getting lucky enough to still be able to play the game, although poorly. After logging into her account and getting into a match the ping is perfectly stable with no issues at all. After finishing what I needed to on her account I logged back into my accounts immediatly to see if the stable ping would stay that way, however it did not and i was immediatly hit with about 320ms of ping.

The computer used for this is the same in both situations, so its unlikely it has anything to do with hardware. The internet itself did not change between account swaps, i was using the exact same service. The files that were used were the exact same, there was no fresh installation for her account vs mine.

I am completely stumped by what could cause this, and I have a theory that its not only R6S but other games aswell. However I have yet to test this theory.

The only thing I have done since then that has helped my account reduce ping was clearing the download cache via steam. However the very next time I logged into my game the fix was no longer working and i once again had high ping and frequent rubberbanding.

If anyone has any idea what could potentially cause high account specific ping or any other tests that might give some more results to diagnose the issue then I would really appreciate it.
