Mouse input lag on Fedora 43 KDE with Niri or Hyprland

I have real bad mouse input lag with Niri/Hyprland and I have no idea why. I've followed all recommended tweaks, fixes, etc, for both hyperland and niri, including nvidia settings. KDE mouse input performs fine. I have a rtx 3080ti (no igpu, so it's not that), drivers work and everything.

I've run out of my limited knowledge on potential ways to solve it at this point.

Anyone got a clue what's going on?
