Server Disconnection

I keep disconnecting from servers while mid ranked game. I’m on Ethernet, all drivers updated and the whole 9. Ping randomly spikes to 3-5k and drops connection from server. I e lost 6-700sr and get suspended for 2 hr each time now. Honestly ridiculous. Any fix?
