Peugeot help cam chain recall and ad blue delete

2019 rifter 1.5hdi only 7000 miles, so we had car at Peugeot and they did a check to see if needs cam chain replacement and it does but that was 3 months ago and still waiting on parts, had an issue with ad blue tried sensors ends up possibly being new tank at massive cost so ad blue delete done as car was counting down, it’s a disability car and needed regularly so we thought quick fix with all the bad reviews regards ad blue. Question is will Peugeot still do the cam chain replacement with the ad blue delete even as it was checked before being mapped ? Panicking a bit now .
