Resources/memes/sound effects??

Where are people getting all of their memes and stuff from?? I know youtube, but years ago I remember there being lots of websites where you could just click and download, now everything requires your information or long ads.

Examples being when people make those edited tiktoks with the funny sounds effects, macdoesit, markiplier, like where are you finding those without having to put all your info in it.
