Recommendation on Judson Mill Lofts

Hello!

I'm looking at different areas to possibly live in Greenville and wanted recommendations on Judson Mill Lofts since it looks like a nice area near-ish to downtown. Does anyone have any experiences they could share, positive or negative, just so I can see if its worth going forward with?
