My partner (35F) has flat feet and the work shoe struggle is real. She bought a pair of those classic boat shoes thinking they’d be a safe, comfy office option, but apparently they’re low-key torture devices. They dig into her feet even though she’s properly broken them in, and by the end of the day she’s basically rage-kicking them off the second she gets home.

So I’m turning to the experts: the flatfoot girlies who have already done the trial-and-error. What shoes are we actually wearing to survive a full workday without wanting to cry?
