Ruger RXM

Hello, does anyone know where I can purchase a Ruger rxm in the Seattle area? I have called multiple local gun stores and they are all sold out.

It seems like the WA compliant 10rd magazine is in short supply. If I were to order online, the gun would likely ship without the magazine.

Does anyone know why this gun is in such short supply? I wonder if there are any legal things going on, regarding this being a gen3 clone and being easily modified in that regard
