Pricing for Exec Coaching programs and panels [UK]

I am trying to set up an executive coaching program for our SLT. We are looking at our 12 to 18 month development program, which helps leaders navigate complexity as our organization is rapidly growing. I am also separately looking at putting a coaching panel in place for other members of the company. Can you give me any advice on hiring and seeking coaches and also what price range to expect to pay from your experience thank you.
