Need advice on buying a home at 19

As my title states, I’m trying to buy a home at 19! Some back story; I live with my older sister and her boyfriend of 13 years. Well they just broke up and we are looking on moving out. I am financially better off than her right now as she’s in debt and has no credit. I got a credit card young and started fixing my finances from my parents. I have quite a bit in savings and have a 720 credit score. My plan was to buy a house and have all of us who lived there pay on the mortgage and overtime fix it up. Ultimately, I would like some informational help on loans or things I can look at to not put me into heinous amounts of debts. I do live in Oregon if that helps! The current home I am looking at is ~ 400,000.
