help..

so, I just got fired from Jersey Mikes for “having issues” at night and them not wanting any more females. There’s basically only one other female working besides that who is known to have problems with other women. Should I make this a bigger issue? Or what can I actually do? Considering the place was always a mess, they had no proper training, everyone was on drugs, and had multiple crazy outbursts at customers.. It doesn’t really make sense. Just wanna know if it’s worth it.
