Sketchy vendors

Today I was looking into making another purchase from an online vendor. This vendor provides a COA with their vials and you can view it before you purchase your order. Thing is, I made a purchase from this vendor 5-6 months ago and screenshot the COA. The current vials are being sold with the exact same COA. I’m not crazy to think that’s total bullshit to assume they aren’t actually sending new batches for testing. It seems the same COA is being used indefinitely with this vendor and most people would probably never notice.
