Merge tactics is pay to win. No defense

Immediately paying 20 and picking whoever you want is trash. Echo, master builder and the dragon always take first unless they are horrible. I see people saying “it’s not pay to win” even though they have the exact cards I’m talking about. There should never have been rulers in the first place. It’s actually garbage I can have way better stuff but if some bad people that already lost let the echo sage to level 4 there’s 100% there is nothing to do but loose. It’s like unless you pay then second place is your best friend, I don’t even want to see “skill issue” because it’s not and I win a lot but these cards are might be the stupidest thing added to the game.
