How do you know if you’re intersex

So I have heard a lot of stories were involving intersex people having their bodies mutilated at birth for having ambiguous reproductive organs, and while I’m pretty sure I didn’t have any ambiguous reproductive organs. I have had my body mutilated in basically the same way. And I have had some interest some people. Tell me that they might think I am too, but I don’t think I am and I genuinely don’t know how I would know if I was or not. Is there for sure way to know if you are or not
