Kendamil whole milk & so many poops!

I did send a message to our pediatrician and will await a response BUT I want to know if anyone else went through this.

Baby is 11 weeks, EFF on Kendamil for ~7 weeks. We combo fed for the first month or so. He’s basically always pooped with every feed but the past 2 weeks he poops like 8-10+ times a day. His intake has increased but just by a couple oz. He drinks like 25-28 a day. He’s not overly fussy or anything and no blood in his stool. It’s very runny but not diarrhea I don’t think. But he gets a bad diaper rash so I have to change him asap, it clearly hurts him and I constantly have to slather on diaper cream. Anyone else see this with Kendamil? Maybe my guy’s digestive system is just super active? Idk if it’s worth trying to switch or if the pooping will slow down.. I’d just like for his poor bum to be able to heal

Update (next day): We are trying Bobbie Organic. I’ll try to update again in 1-2 weeks just for anyone who comes across this post with a similar issue.
