Has anyone taken PSYC 1211?
- I enrolled in this course as an elective for my undergrad program and have been having a tough time getting higher than an 85% on assignments. Feedback is super bare-bones and not constructive. I did take 1111 with similar issues, but kept A's all the way to my final. The final was very specific to the textbook and I struggled to remember the exact wording of many of the questions from the book. It wasn't about knowing the concepts, it was about remembering the wording of specific facts. I wound up with a B overall which was very disappointing as I worked super hard in this course and am a straight A student at my previous uni. Is 1211 like this? Has anyone ever gotten specific feedback from Dr. Ferri on what she's looking for? Has anyone ever managed to get an A? All the others I talked to in the OL department had gotten C's, B's or failed. Thx in advance.
