KP Bumps on Face

Are there any products that help reduce the KP on my face? I have already been to a dermatologist and I got recommended AmLactin. I got the purple “KP Bumps Be Gone” cream, but I don’t know if I bought the wrong one or something because it has not been working. I could also be using it wrong but I don’t think so. Is there a better option from AmLactin or maybe a whole different product?
