How to respond to husband saying we are like roommates after only 3 weeks of no sex

In the last 3 weeks my husband and I were not able to finish together for various reasons. The four of us each took turns getting sick and then I was spotting for like ten days. Then I had a migraine for 3 days, yay Peri menopause. Anyhow, during that time we did have sex a couple times but not to completion.

Last week we started having sex but had to pick up our kids from school. I tried to initiate later but he declined. Then a week later hit me with "we have never have sex I feel like roommates" bullshit.

How do I tell him how ridiculous this is and what a turn off it is? I tried explaining the reasoning listed above but then he just asked, "so when will we be able to"?

I feel like it's a slap in the face that he mentioned the roommate thing. It's not like I have actually turned him down for sex there have just been road blocks which happen in life. It's not like this is our constantsex life. On average we have sex about once or twice a week.
